Your satisfaction is my top priority! Most of my work is One of a Kind or Custom Commissions. Returns & Repairs are handled on a Case by Case basis. If you feel there is an issue with your jewelry, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to work with you to sort out any issues. If it is determined to be a defect in craftmanship I will gladly repair your piece. If it is determined to be and issue or rough or negligent wear/use, I will repair to the best of my ability for a fee. Please note I am not able to refund / repair damage done to stones. Turquoise, Variscite, White Buffalo and many other stones are natural & are soft / porous. They can be damaged if dropped or knocked against a hard surface.
